If we receive your order and e-transfer before 9am PST your order will ship the same business day. Any orders after 9am PST will ship the following business day

Yes you can cancel your order if your order has not been shipped out yet. Contact us at Thebulkgardens@gmail.com to cancel your order.

Canada Post

If your order has not been delivered 2 days after the expected arrival date, please inform us so we can file a trace with Canada Post. Canada Post will then investigate and it can take up to 5 business days. If they locate the package, they will ship it to you and you will receive it in a few days. If it is deemed unrecoverable or lost in transit, we will send you a replacement up to $500 of the value of your package. We do not offer postage refunds if your order comes late from any postal issues.

If you have been tracking your package on the Canada Post website and notice its headed to the wrong city, its most likely due to a human error at Canada Post. Human errors do happen occasionally since employees have to enter each postal code digit into the system and any mistake can cause routing issues. This will cause a 1-2 day delay.

If you are tracking your package and it has not been updated in sometime, it is most likely from a missed scan which is common. Members usually get their package on time or a day late. If it has been 2 days after your expected arrival date, please let us know.

Payment & Fees

We accept only Interac E-Transfer. If you use online banking, sending an e-transfer is very simple and fast. Instructions are provided with your online invoice.

Shipping fees are $15 for orders under $100. Order over $100 get free shipping.

Once you have placed your order, the next step is to submit the e-transfer. Your order will be on hold until we receive your e-transfer. If we do not receive the payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

Once your e-transfer is sent, it can take up to an hour for us to receive an email update of your payment. Your order will be pending until we accept your e-transfer.
